Client: Royal Flying Doctor Service - Queensland Section (RFDS Qld) Timeframe: 2017 Description of Service JP Consulting was engaged to review an EMR project. The scope of the review included describing the current state of the project, to provide opinion on the project’s future and the performance of both the vendor and the client organisation, and to make recommendations. This consultancy was delivered by Jeff Parker and John Whellum. Outcomes The report was accepted, and the key recommendations actioned.
