Client: Information Planning Branch (IPB), of the Department of Premier and Cabinet (Queensland Government) Timeframe: 1997 Description of Service When as a Director of Convergent Technology Group (CTG), Jeff Parker was engaged to develop the Queensland Government’s Multimedia Strategy, which included focussing on industry development and increasing government use of the then innovative and emerging technology. Attached below, all written by Jeff, are a Discussion Paper for consultation, the Strategy document itself, and two Case Studies that Jeff was subsequently engaged to write. Outcomes The strategy was endorsed and formed the basis for both continued investment in industry development and expansion of use in the government.
