Attached below is a paper presented by Jeff Parker at HISA’s HIC 1995 national conference (its third such conference) held in Adelaide.
This paper was based on work undertaken for the Queensland Government's IIB (Information Industries Board) and discusses issues related to the development and adoption of clinical systems in the health sector in Queensland. The paper presents an approach to justification and ideas about methods of partnering between health organisations and the IT&T Industry.
