Client: Attune Hearing Pty Ltd. Attune is an independent, diagnostic Audiology company with a national network of hearing centres. Their Board and executive team have a plan to grow and diversify the business, so were looking to ensure their approach to ICT management was suitable for those goals. Timeframe: 2012 Description of Service: Jeff Parker delivered this consultancy, which included reviewing Attune’s business strategy and operations plan, advising on optimal an IT service management and sourcing model, and assisting with recruitment of an ICT Manager. This included advising on the position description, short-listing, preparation of an interview guide, interviewing, providing an analysis report on the candidates, and in the selection process. Outcomes: A new ICT Manager was selected and successfully recruited.
