Client: Royal Flying Doctor Service - Queensland Section (RFDS Qld) Timeframe: 2014-2015 Description of Service Following Board acceptance of the business case put up by the project sponsor, Phase 2 of the clinical systems project was commenced. The sponsor engaged JP Consulting to provide a Project Manager for this phase, and a consultant to advise on connectivity as part of considerations of solution options. This consultancy was delivered by John Whellum as Project Manager, and Peter Stott as advisor on connectivity. Outcomes Advice on connectivity solution options was provided and phase 2 of the project was completed.
