Client: National eHealth Transition Authority (NEHTA). NEHTA was replaced with the Australian Digital Health Agency (ADHA) in 2016. Timeframe: 2015-2016 Description of Service Work with key stakeholders, including the National Health CIO Forum (NHCIOF) and CSIRO to develop the strategy, service and governance models, transition arrangements (inc. licencing), and the implementation and operational plans for this national service, and then advise on and support its establishment. This consultancy was delivered by Sari McKinnon. Outcomes Stakeholder buy-in to the strategy and plans was achieved, and the program was established and successfully handed-over to a NEHTA project manager.
