Client: Queensland Health on behalf of three major tertiary hospital sites:
Timeframe: 1999 Description of Service While the head of CTG Healthcare Consulting (as a sub-contractor to Agfa, who was the Prime Contractor for the Queensland Health QPACS project), Jeff Parker and another consultant developed Change Management Master Plans for the introduction of Agfa’s digital radiology solution at Qld Health’s major hospital sites. Outcomes The master plans were accepted and formed the basis for successful implementation of the solution.
